Neoptix can also perform any maintenance and service repairs HandyFlex, Reflex and Multiplex signal conditioners previously manufactured by Nortech-Fibronic, Inc. We are also eager to help you with Nortech-Fibronic, Inc. temperature probes.
Service offered range from issuing of Calibration Certificate for sensors and signal conditioners to complete remanufacturing of signal conditioners. Contact Technical Support for more details or to get an estimation of cost estimate for maintenance on your equipment.
Moreover, non-warranty repair work are handled quickly and with the quality Neoptix customers deserve.
Neoptix performs a continuous management review of the repair process to ensure the absolute best turnaround repair performance in the industry. You can be assured that the repair was done correctly.
Extended Warranty
We also offer extended warranty for 2 and 3 years of complete coverage of your signal conditioners. Please, visit our Extended Warranty option page. If your company or organisation requires yearly Calibration Certificate, the cost of this extended warranty is rapidly repaid with the free Calibration Certificate that is included with this warranties.
RMA
We are eager to help you and to make sure you are completely satisfied with our products. If any problem arise, we would be glad to assit you over the phone or by e-mail. If you need to return your equipment, please follow the RMA procedure set below
RMA return procedure
If you experience a problem with your Neoptix product, please contact Technical Support.
If Technical Support determines the product to be defective, and the product is still under warranty, they will issue a problem ticket number and will provide an RMA number for you to return your product.
If the warranty as expired, we will be glad to provide you with a cost estimate for refit your system to its initial operation condition.
Contact our Technical Support first, they will issue an RMA number and provide you with return instructions.
RMA return notes:
- Please ensure that the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside of the package.
- Include commercial invoice with the package. We will be glad to assist you to produce that document.
- The use of a trackable carrier (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc) is highly recommended to provide proof of delivery. Returned goods must be shipped freight-prepaid and insured. Conventional Post is not recommended as it is not a trackable carrier.
- The defective product should be returned to Neoptix prepaid by the customer. Neoptix will pay to ship the replacement product to the customer using the most convenient trackable carrier. Most replacement items can be shipped out within 48 hours of receipt of the defective item.
- Please package the unit carefully. Units should be wrapped in a "bubble-wrap" plastic sheet or bag for shipping protection.
- Please only return the defective unit and power supply. You may keep all documents, discs and cables that came with the product.
CAUTION: Do not pack the unit in Styrofoam "popcorn" type packing material. This material may cause electro-static shock damage to the unit.
